A warm welcome to Samuel Östling. Samuel joined Malwa on April 14 as a new member of the sales team and will primarily work on strengthening Malwa's presence in Europe, both by developing and supporting existing distributors in their activities and by identifying opportunities in new markets.

Samuel, who lives on a forest farm outside Vislanda (Kronoberg county), comes most recently from Rottne, where he has held several roles during his more than ten years with the company. For the past two years, he has been stationed in Canada and responsible for technical sales support in North America. He has been driving forestry machines since the turn of the millennium.

- Malwa and its type of machines have always interested me. As a landowner myself, I like the idea of working with smaller machines that deliver the result I want - with all that that entails! I hope my history and experience with forestry machines will be useful in Malwa's further development," says Samuel.

- Samuel will be an important cog in Malwa's continued international expansion. More than every second Malwa is exported today, and we are constantly receiving inquiries from countries where we currently have no distribution. Samuel has the right attitude and exactly the skills we are looking for, so we are very happy with his choice to join, says Magnus Wallin, Malwa's founder, and business development manager.

A large part of Samuel's free time is spent tending his forest. Otherwise, hunting, cycling, skiing, friends, and family are close to his heart.
Again, welcome to Team Malwa!
