On the basis of a synchronization between technical drawings and article lists, our authorized service providers now can find the exact spare parts they are looking for. Collect the relevant parts in a customer basket, then send a request directly within the system to our aftermarket department, which will handle the matter further. The product trees and drawings are also complemented by an intuitive search function. Service manuals, instruction manuals, and documentation of each machine model is also accessible on the portal.

We believe it will be of great benefit to our service providers to have easy access to our cataloged spare parts assortment. The ability to streamline the process of identifying and ordering spare parts is a win-win situation for both us and our service providers on an administrative level, but above all, for all Malwa owners out there, says Jörgen Johansson, service manager at Malwa.
